So I was listening to Rickie Lee Jones today and began remembering and thinking about how music has always played and important roll in my like. Songs that remind me of people, places and things.

When I hear Rickie Lee Jones-Smile, Melanie C-I turn to you, Outkast-Bombs over Baghdad and a whole host of Electro songs I think of Robert. Ish every time I hear Moulin Rouge and Carmen Miranda. Funny thing is Miguel B is remembered for some of the same music although he also has Ricky Martin. Rudy and Gwen Stefani. Joseph and Coin-operated boy. Talking Nina Simone with Ivy. Claudia and I shared so much music when we worked together. Daisy and The Cure. My Old roommate Joe and Selena and Ricky Martin (Can you believe he took me to the concert.) My friend Joe and Chemical Brothers-The Golden Path. My sister Rox-Ann and Nirvana. Gustavo and Britney Spears.Demetri and Don't Cha...

It's interesting how you remember the times and things in your life and the music that you associate with it all. If I didn't mention you or the music we shared it's a temporary lapse some people just overlap each other. I miss you...
